How our content is built and reviewed.
Our commitment to the highest independent quality in education. No GAMTI course is the work of one person or one expert. Every course is built, reviewed, and re-reviewed by many smart minds and experts working together.
The GAMTI Faculty: practitioners with direct, current industry experience. Every course is built by someone who has actually done the work, not a generic instructional designer working from secondhand material.
Yes. Every course is reviewed after it’s built. A qualified reviewer who had no part in writing it checks accuracy, depth and assessment design. The course is also made available to The GAMTI Advisory Board, whose members serve as unpaid volunteers and may contribute their experience and input.
The GAMTI Faculty writes the courses: practitioners with direct, current industry experience who build the content and keep it consistent across the catalog. A qualified reviewer, commissioned for that course and with no part in writing it, then checks accuracy, depth, structure and assessment design. The course is also made available to The GAMTI Advisory Board, senior industry leaders who serve as unpaid volunteers and may add their perspective on whether it reflects current practice.
It continues. All GAMTI courses are regularly reviewed and updated to stay current with evolving industry practice, and Continuing Professional Development keeps the standard behind every certification current, not frozen at the moment it launched.
Yes. Students have the opportunity to provide feedback after completing a course, and that feedback feeds directly into how the course is refined and reviewed going forward.
Because a certification is only worth what stands behind it. When your team earns a GAMTI credential, it reflects content that’s been built, reviewed, and re-reviewed by people who actually work in this industry, not just assembled and published.
FOR COMPANIES
Enrolling and managing a team.
Yes. Different teams can be enrolled in different certification pathways under one corporate account. For example, your operations team might do CMAS, your air ambulance coordinators CAAS, and your management team CEL, all tracked from a single dashboard and invoiced together.
Courses count toward certification pathways retroactively. If a learner has already completed a course individually, it contributes to the pathway. They only pay for the remaining courses needed to complete the certification, with no duplication.
From 20 learners, a corporate team dashboard is included at no additional cost. Your L&D manager, HR team, or line manager gets a real-time view of each learner’s progress: courses started, courses completed, diplomas issued, and certification pathway status. Progress is updated automatically as learners complete modules.
All courses are available in English, German, Spanish, and Arabic. Learners choose their preferred language when they enroll. The course is delivered fully in that language and cannot be switched afterward, so choose carefully at sign-up.
PRICING
Common questions about pricing.
Both. You can book individual courses as standalone diplomas. Each earns a GAMTI Diploma on completion. Or you can enroll your team into a full certification pathway, which includes all required courses and awards the full certification (e.g. CMAS, CAAS, CEL) when completed. Volume discounts apply to both models identically.
Team and corporate orders are invoiced directly. We accept bank transfer with 30-day payment terms. For enterprise accounts (50+ learners), custom payment terms can be agreed as part of your corporate package.
There is no minimum. Individual learners can enroll at standard rates through the website. Volume discounts begin at 5 learners. Corporate dashboard access starts from 20 learners.
A prepaid way to pay for GAMTI training: buy a pool of credits upfront and draw them down as your team enrolls in courses over time, without submitting a new payment for every enrollment. It’s one of three ways to pay, alongside paying per course and Corporate Academy monthly or annual billing.
Yes. The GAMTI Pricing Calculator lets you select individual courses or a full certification pathway, set your team size, and see an instant quote. Individual, team, and corporate pricing are calculated automatically, with no need to talk to anyone first.
COURSES & CERTIFICATIONS
How courses, diplomas and certifications fit together.
A course is a single subject you complete on its own, and it earns you a GAMTI Diploma. A certification is a defined group of courses that together cover everything a specific role requires. You earn the certification once you’ve completed all the courses in that pathway. So a certification is made up of courses; a course is not a smaller certification.
The credential you receive for completing any single GAMTI course. It’s yours immediately on completion and doesn’t expire. It is separate from a certification, which covers a full pathway and is renewed every three years.
Yes. This is a normal way to start. Courses count toward certification pathways retroactively. If you’ve already completed a course individually and later decide to pursue a certification that includes it, that course already counts. You only pay for the remaining courses needed to complete the pathway, with no duplication and nothing lost.
Often, yes. Many courses appear in several pathways: Intercultural Competence, for example, counts toward seven different Specialize certifications. Completing it once contributes to whichever of those pathways you go on to pursue.
Use the Course Finder on the Courses page to filter the full catalog by your role or by certification pathway. If you’re new to the industry, start with CIP: it’s the required foundation for all eight specialist certifications.
CPD
Continuing Professional Development.
Continuing Professional Development: how you stay current and keep your certifications active after you’ve earned them. GAMTI courses and additional curated CPD topics both count toward your three-year certification renewal.
Because this industry doesn’t stand still. Regulations, medical practice, technology and risk all change. A credential that was accurate five years ago isn’t automatically accurate today. Certifications are valid for three years and renewed through CPD, so being #GAMTICertified means current, not just once-qualified.
On the Continuing Professional Development page, which lists the courses and curated CPD topics that count toward renewal, organized by certification.
No. A course you have already completed cannot be retaken to recertify. For renewal you choose a course you haven’t taken before. The upside is that you can pick from the entire GAMTI catalog, independent of your role or specialization, so recertifying is also a chance to broaden your expertise.
GETTING STARTED
Choosing a course and signing up.
Use the Course Finder on the Courses page to filter the full catalog by your role or by certification pathway. If you’re not sure where to start at all, CIP (Certified Industry Professional) is the standard entry point for anyone new to the industry, and every Specialize-tier certification builds on it.
You can start with a single course. Every course earns its own GAMTI Diploma on completion, and if it happens to sit inside a certification pathway, it already counts if you decide to pursue that certification later. Nothing is wasted either way.
Fill out the enrollment form with your details, the course or certification pathway you’re enrolling in, and your billing information. GAMTI enrollments are billed to a company: individuals are welcome to enroll, provided the registration is billed through an organization.
Your contact details, the company the enrollment will be billed to and its billing address, the course or pathway you’re enrolling in, the number of participants, and your preferred language. VAT/Tax ID is requested if applicable.
Your registration is confirmed and processed. For companies requesting a tailored quote or a demo first, GAMTI typically responds within one business day.
