CXL on completion · valid 3 years
Yes — at least one Specialize certification must be completed before CXL can be awarded. Individual Lead courses can be taken at any time without any prerequisite, each earning a diploma. The CXL certification itself is only awarded once you also hold a Specialize certification.
CSL is the natural predecessor and strongly recommended. CXL builds on the strategic leadership competence developed in CSL.
