Individual courses have no prerequisites. At least one Specialize certification is required before this Lead certification can be awarded.
Individual courses have no prerequisites. CIP certification is required before this Specialize certification can be awarded.
Valid 3 years · CPD renewal. Complete any one course from the GAMTI catalogue to renew — no re-sit of original courses required. Browse renewal options in the CPD catalogue. CSL renewal also renews COL, CEL, all Specialize certifications, and CIP. CXL renewal covers CSL automatically.

Yes — at least one Specialize certification must be completed before CSL can be awarded. Individual Lead courses can be taken at any time without any prerequisite, each earning a diploma. The CSL certification itself is only awarded once you also hold a Specialize certification.
COL is strongly recommended. CSL assumes operational leadership competence and builds strategic capability on top of it.
COL is about running operations. CSL is about shaping direction — strategy, culture, cross-functional alignment, and crisis leadership.
Yes. CSL renewal keeps COL, CEL, all Specialize certifications, and CIP current.
